

1 How can I make my order?
Make your selection(s) of the design(s) you like from our catalog, and email your request to sc@sejaticards.com or call +65 9674 6050. Sejati Cards© will do our best to reply and discuss further on your invitation card needs. Please download the Order Form, fill in the details and email or fax to +65 6842 4079.
2 How early should I make my request?
Please make your order at least 3 weeks before you plan to send out the invitations, as we will require 2 weeks to confirm your text and/or map, and 1 weeks to print the cards.
3 Can I request for a customised card?
Yes, besides our catalog designs, we have designed customised invitations for our Clients (do visit our Gallery), and can certainly create a unique card especially for you. However, we would need an early request of at least 4 weeks in advance before your event, so please allow us time to determine the price based on your needs, for creativity and any alterations. The price for a customised card will be different from our published rates for our catalog designs, and is usually higher.
4 How do I make payment?
Once a design and price is agreed upon, a 50% downpayment is required in cash/funds transfer. The balance is payable upon collection of the package.
5 Can I see a card sample before going to print?
Yes. We will show you a digital proof or mockup of the invitation card upon request, before we proceed to the next step, which is printing. Please take the time to check through, proofread for errors and approve the final mockup before we send the artwork to the printer.
6 Can the cards be delivered to me?
After the final approval, please allow 1 week for the invitations to be printed and packed, and finally checked by Sejati Cards© at our premises to ensure the highest printing quality. We will inform you of the earliest available time for you to collect your package from our address:

7 Can you deliver overseas?
Yes, we can manage overseas orders for our catalog designs only, but there will be additional transport/courier charges for the delivery to your country. The price of the cards will be converted to your local currency at the current exchange rate.
For overseas delivery, full pre-payment is required for invitations and delivery upon initial agreement of design and price.
